Excellent pre-title sequence, which unfortunately only leads to the contrived series of events needed to re-boot the apocalypse
It starts off, in my opinion, quite well (I like the fact that it’s our ‘hero’ that causes all the mess), and it could be a decent horror if it wasn’t for some perplexing directing choice (basically, every scene that’s not people talking) and Cary Elwes overacting. Jeffrey Dean Morgan should be a bigger star though.
